At Whistles Clothing Shop, we want you to love your contemporary women’s wear as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of our jumpsuits, skirts, tops, or other fashion pieces, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimwear and beachwear unless the item is faulty or not as described. This includes all items from our “Swimwear & beachwear” collection.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include the original invoice or packing slip.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective item). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our warehouse), we will process your refund or exchange. You will receive an email notification when this has been completed.
Refund timelines:
- Credit card/PayPal refunds: 5-10 business days after processing (depending on your bank’s processing time)
- Original payment method will be credited
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you want is not available, we will issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
