Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
    • Includes basic tracking

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Whistles purchase as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimwear and beachwear (including all items from our “Swimwear & beachwear” collection) unless the item is faulty or not as described.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and product details
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging with the original invoice or packing slip
  4. Ship your return – Send to our returns center at:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective item)
  • For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our warehouse), we will process your refund or exchange. You’ll receive email notification when completed.

Refund timelines:

  • Credit card/PayPal refunds: 5-10 business days after processing (depending on your bank)
  • Original payment method will be credited
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability. If your desired item isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
